Jürgen Waser is a researcher and project leader at the VRVis Research Center for Virtual Reality and Visualization. He is Head of the Integrated Simulations Group and Lead Developer of the VRVis software Visdom Since completion of his master studies in Technical Physics, he has been working in the area of flood simulation and visualization. His PhD thesis "Visual Steering to Support Decision Making in Visdom" demonstrates Visdom as a decision support system for flood management.
