Austria's largest science communication event the Long Night of Research took place on April 13th. VRVis was part of this event! Our station "In search of life: 3D reconstructions of the Mars surface" was located in the Freihaus location of the TU Vienna!
At the VRVis station "In search of life: 3D reconstructions of the surface of Mars" interested visitors could learn more about how and what our tool PRo3D contributes to European and international space travel.
Our researchers Chris Traxler and Thomas Ortner give an insight into 3D reconstructions of the Mars surface at our booth at LNF18.
Researcher Thomas Ortner explains to a larger group how the PRo3D tool can support space exploration.
Thanks to the many interested visitors & all your exciting questions!
