On 29 January 2020, the presentation of the IT business prize eAward, which honours the most economical, customer-friendly and innovative IT projects in Austria, took place at the T-Center in Vienna.
VRVis was nominated with two projects and was honored to receive the eAward in the category "Social Responsibility" for the EU-funded participatory research project "ARCHES - Accessible Resources for Cultural Heritage EcoSystems". Andreas Reichinger, head of the research project, which focuses on innovative IT solutions for barrier-free museums of the future, was there to accept the award.
